To create a k999 account and use its services, the user must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and maintain them throughout the lifetime of the account:

Each user is entitled to one account on k999 only. Creating multiple accounts to accumulate welcome bonuses or circumvent any restriction is considered a serious violation of these terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all identified accounts, with any unreleased bonus balances withheld.

K999 reserves the right to refuse any user's registration without obligation to provide a reason, particularly where there are indications of fraud, misuse, or conflict with applicable legal requirements.

If an event is voided for any reason (postponement, permanent suspension, or failure to take place within 48 hours of the originally scheduled date), bets are refunded to the user's account balance at the original amount wagered, with no interest or adjustments.
